"God is doing a Nu Thang"

I know all of you have been chomping at the bit for the next funny thing that happened in my life. Well, wait no more! (Clearly being sarcastic). This morning was so great! I finished up my last final of my undergrad career! It still has not hit me at all yet. But I’m sure the sense of overwhelming accomplishment as I walk across the stage in my cap and gown on Saturday might solidify a feeling of accomplishment. Anyway, after my final I went to work for a couple of hours. I then had a break from work and decided to utilize my time by going to a computer lab on campus. Right as I sit down at a computer I get a text from my good friend Brian Parrott. It simply says “Check FB”. I log onto Facebook and see that he had messaged me a video. Let me say that Brian frequently sends me funny videos but this time, I think he has completely outdone himself. So I bust out my headphones and push play. I WAS DYING OF LAUGHTER! And the worst part of it all is that the computer lab was so quiet with people doing their last cram sessions for their finals. As a side note, I hate it when people laugh out loud really hard at a computer screen in computer labs. But I could not help it. I tried to keep my composure. I immediately texted Brian back and told him how hard it was for me to keep quiet and that I swear I was watching it at the quietest computer lab in the world. So that made him happy. Right after watching this little gem, one of my friends came to talk to me that I have not seen for a long time. He was being very genuine and asking me about my life and how I was doing. Obviously I felt that this video was way more important than making small talk with me about what is going on in my life because I quickly answered his questions in order to show him this movie. He pops in my earphones and immediately starts laughing and turning beat red out of laughter and lack of oxygen because it was so funny. Oh how my heart loved this moment in time. I give full credit to Brian because of this funny moment in my life.
